to serve.
There is a method from my madness—literally. I have reverse engineered my steps from misery to miracles, chaos to contentment, fear to flow. Using the following pillars as guides, you will embark upon a path to embodying your highest self:

My purpose is to help other women discover and live theirs. Here is the journey that led me toward my path to this purpose. In 2015, shortly after getting sober, I began practicing yoga to help myself heal. I joined a women’s recovery group and implemented journaling and meditation practices. I embraced a holistic spiritual approach to recovery and I rediscovered my power and peace. I hired a life coach and began the deep spiritual work of identifying and healing past traumas. I learned to trust my higher self and my intuition.
In January of 2017, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. My spiritual practice supported me through my diagnosis, treatment (including a bilateral mastectomy), and recovery. My faith in the Universe was deepened and strengthened through this process, for which I am immensely grateful.
