I am an experienced fitness professional, having specialized in training women in group and one-on-one settings since 2004.  I have helped numerous clients achieve their fitness and health goals through in-person, one-on-one personal training, as well as in-person group training.  I have also run numerous bootcamps over the years, specializing in weight loss and fitness improvement for women. 

I love educating, motivating, and coaching women in their fitness and weight-loss journeys.
