Private 1:1 Sessions integrating Somatic Experiencing, Parts Work & Embodied Awakening
Journey into Healing,
Wholeness, and Conscious Living
Many of us have spent years trying to heal through insight alone—understanding our patterns, learning new tools, and gathering wisdom. Yet despite our best efforts, old reactions, emotional triggers, and feelings of disconnection can remain.
My work begins with a simple understanding: healing happens not only through the mind, but through the body.
I see clients on Zoom or at my office. We’ll work together to gently unwind the effects of stress, trauma, and survival adaptations held within the nervous system. Drawing from Somatic Experiencing®, the Biology of Trauma® framework, parts work, and the wisdom of spiritual awakening, these sessions help you reconnect with the innate wholeness that has always been present beneath the layers of conditioning and protection.

The Biology of Trauma: Creating the Conditions for Healing
The Biology of Trauma framework recognizes that many of our struggles are not signs that something is wrong with us. Rather, they are intelligent adaptations of the nervous system designed to help us survive.
When overwhelm, loss, unmet attachment needs, or chronic stress occur, the body learns patterns of protection that can persist long after the original circumstances have passed. Anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, chronic tension, exhaustion, emotional reactivity, or feeling disconnected from oneself are often expressions of these adaptive survival responses.
Healing unfolds through a natural sequence:
Safety →
Support →
Expansion
As the body experiences greater safety and support, it begins to release protective strategies that are no longer needed. What emerges is not a better version of yourself, but a return to your original aliveness, vitality, and capacity for connection.
Somatic Experiencing: Restoring the Nervous System Â
Somatic Experiencing is a body-centered approach to healing trauma and chronic stress. Rather than focusing primarily on the story of what happened, we learn to listen to the language of the body—sensations, impulses, emotions, movement, and nervous system states.
By gently working with the body's innate healing intelligence, incomplete survival responses can gradually resolve. The nervous system develops greater flexibility, allowing you to meet life with increased resilience, regulation, and ease.
Work Together 1:1Parts Work: Bringing Compassion to Every Aspect of YourselfÂ
Many of our challenges are carried by younger parts of ourselves that learned to protect us in difficult circumstances. These parts may appear as self-criticism, anxiety, striving, withdrawal, fear, shame, or the feeling that we are somehow not enough.
Together, we cultivate a compassionate relationship with these parts, helping them feel seen, understood, and supported rather than pushed away or fixed.
As protective parts begin to trust the deeper presence within you, they naturally soften. This creates greater inner harmony and allows what the Biology of Trauma framework calls the authentic self—and many spiritual traditions call our true nature—to emerge more fully.
Take the First Step Toward HealingAwakening to Consciousness:
Discovering the Wholeness Beneath the Wounds
While trauma work helps free the nervous system from the past, awakening invites us to discover what has never been wounded.
Beneath our stories, emotions, and identities is a deeper field of awareness—spacious, alive, and inherently whole. Awakening is the recognition of this deeper dimension of being.
Yet awakening is not merely a shift in perception. It is also an embodied process. As old survival patterns soften, the body becomes increasingly capable of expressing the love, wisdom, presence, and vitality of our deeper nature.
Healing and awakening begin to support one another.
The nervous system becomes more available for realization.
Realization becomes more available to the nervous system.

OR YEARLONG PROGRAMS
Transformation unfolds through relationship, consistency, and practice. The transformational container provides a supportive structure that allows healing and awakening to deepen over time and be safely and powerfully integrated into everyday life.
Together, we create the conditions for your nervous system to experience greater safety, support, and expansion while uncovering the deeper awareness that has been present all along.
This work is for those who sense that healing and awakening are not separate paths. It is for those who long to become more fully human—while discovering the deeper consciousness that is already whole, already here, and already expressing itself as your life.
