We post one new fun video every week in our virtual Yoga studio. The videos will be about a Yoga pose, Meditation or Mindfulness breathing exercises, Yogic games and more. There’ll be detailed step by step instructions to help walk you through and help you learn any poses, meditation or exercises we share.

In addition to videos, we’ll be doing a Live class each month, that you are welcome to attend. If you cannot attend live, no worries! We’ll have recording for you shared here, for you to watch later.
