Story
I am an experienced fitness professional, having specialized in training women in group and one-on-one settings since 2004. I have helped numerous clients achieve their fitness and health goals through in-person, one-on-one personal training, as well as in-person group training. I have also run numerous bootcamps over the years, specializing in weight loss and fitness improvement for women. I love educating, motivating, and coaching women in their fitness and weight-loss journeys.

Entering midlife, I have discovered that my body works a little differently than it did in my 20s and 30s, and I have had to adapt and change how I do things to stay healthy. I realized that most women over 40 and over 50 do not fully understand why their bodies function differently than they did in their youth, and they also do not know what to do to stay on that path of healthy weight and overall health. My desire is to help them do that and know that they are not alone!
In addition to fitness, exercise, and all things health and wellness, I enjoy reading, music, being outside, and doing things with my family.
