What you eat has a great impact on your hormonal wellbeing, on the way you feel, on what you crave and on your energy levels. We will keep the diet simple and will work with your preferences, whether you are a vegetarian, vegan or omnivore.

HEALING THE LIVER AND DIGESTIVE SYSTEM
You will achieve an improved metabolism and get rid of excess hormones by making the right food choices, eliminating toxic loads such as those found in plastics and skincare and tweaking your lifestyle

SUPPORTING THE ADRENALS
You will get a better understanding of the natural exchange between sex hormones and stress hormones and how the adrenals affect your weight, mood and energy. This will empower you to make better dietary and lifestyle choices.

SELF LOVE
Self love is key to wellbeing. By embracing your feminine energy and aligning it with your masculine energy, you feel supported from the inside out. By adopting an attitude of love and compassion towards yourself, much like you would towards a lover or child, you can develop a healthy mindset and habits that serve you. When you value yourself, you no longer rely on self discipline to keep you ‘on track’; instead, you start making healthier life choices because they feel good to you.

CREATIVE ENERGY
Sex hormones are produced in the womb, the place with the capability of creating life. If we don’t use this creative energy to make babies, we need to channel it into other parts of life to avoid stagnation.

GENTLE DETOX
It’s difficult to lose weight when the adipose tissues are hosting too many toxins and the body doesn’t have the capacity to remove them. Eliminating the toxic load from your diet or environment, and increasing the right nutrients, fuels the detoxing process.

HEALING THE LIVER AND DIGESTIVE SYSTEM
The liver is the organ that metabolises and gets rid of excess hormones and fat, while the digestive system is the actual pathway of elimination. They must work well together for best results. We will achieve this via the right nutrition.

SUPPORTING THE ADRENALS
The adrenal glands play a key role in whether your body is burning fat or glucose. We will address lifestyle choices and your nervous system.

ACTIVATING THE LYMPHATIC SYSTEM
When the lymphatic system is congested, we can experience puffiness, constipation, tiredness, cellulite, and even the inability to metabolize fat. The lymphatic system needs stimulation in order to remove toxins and we will achieve this through adding daily exercises to your routine.

LETTING GO OF EMOTIONS
Letting go of emotions that no longer serve you can be the most important part of the weight loss process. When it comes to cravings and emotional eating habits, discipline is not effective and long-lasting. Instead, you will learn to process emotions and let them go. It’s easier than it sounds. When you lose the emotional weight, you lose physical weight as well.
