I used to believe meditation and staying in my alignment was hard, and when I left the yoga mat I directly launched back to my busy mind, with limiting beliefs and problems. 

I knew there had to be another way.

The more I committed to daily meditation, yoga and tapping, my relationship to my self started to strengthen. I became awake, transformed and knew I had to share this practice with as many people as I could. I'm passionate about helping you be your best self.

I'm TESHA ALLISON

I am Tesha, the founder of Empower Plus Academy. My journey is one of transformation, resilience, and the unwavering belief in the human spirit's capacity for empowerment. I am now an empowerment expert, a published author, and a licensed attorney. Still, my life's path was only sometimes paved with success. My younger years were punctuated by extreme poverty, teenage pregnancy, high school dropout, and bankruptcy.

But these challenges, these seasons of doubt, taught me invaluable lessons in resilience and self-discovery. Through sheer determination and the unyielding support of my eight wonderful children, I transformed adversity into empowerment. Today, I aim to help others ignite that same spark within themselves.

I understand the depths of doubt and the journey to self-empowerment intimately, having navigated through extreme poverty and the trials of teenage pregnancy. My story is not just about overcoming obstacles; it's about the incredible power of the human spirit to rise, evolve, and thrive.
