I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) and I have trained and qualified in many other disciplines in the worlds of psychology, mental health, personal and spiritual development, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and Reiki.
