Hello loves,
I’m Sasha Quince, and for decades, I’ve dedicated myself to transforming toxic relationships into healthy ones. My journey began in 2006 when I moved to Dubai and found myself struggling with commitment in relationships. It wasn’t until I reflected on my fear of abandonment that I realized how losing my father at age 7 had deeply impacted my adult relationships.
I met my life partner soon after but kept him at a distance, still haunted by my fears. Though we got married, I found myself sabotaging our relationship due to deep-seated anxiety. In 2018, I had a profound awakening and began to heal my self-sabotaging behaviors by working with mentors and exploring various healing practices. Over time, I learned to rebuild trust in myself and manage conflicts in a healthy way.
After 15 years of marriage, our relationship is strong and supportive, though not without challenges. I still face triggers and anxiety, but now I know how to navigate them and find peace more quickly.

In this week, we study your mind and how it is thinking. We open the lens to our brain and how the brain works to keep us safe and therefore thinking the same. We uncover our attachment style. We begin to understand our nervous system and its trigger in relationships as well as tap into the emotional body. We do the proper research on self that shows us what our foundational love map is.

- Understand the nervous system and how we respond in triggers.
- Redefine our limiting love beliefs to new empowering beliefs.
- Learn how our brain works and why we think, feel, and behave the way we do.

Your Little One

It's time to meet your inner child and solidify your connection
In this module, we determine what emotional needs must be met to heal from the inner guidance of your inner child. Typically, if we are repeating patterns in adult love relationships, it's not the relationship. It's a lack of safety to show up differently.
In this module, you will learn how to heal your roots, support your inner child and create solid connection within.
You will learn:
- How to connect to your inner child.
- The adult relationship behaviors that are your unhealed inner child.
- Understand which of our psychological needs is requiring attention.
- Reparent your inner child through somatic and emotional freedom.

Meet your own emotional needs

In this module, you will be given a template to tap into self-love, connect to the loving part of self, and begin the powerful proactive of mirror work and mirroring around men.
This exact exercise has helped me overcome the imposter syndrome, improved self-worth and cleared the worthiness wound in all my clients.
