Today I sat down and reread and listened to some of the past 6 weeks content and I am shocked. I’ve realised the changes I’ve been through. I now hardly have any hot flushes. My memory has improved, I’m enjoying exercise again.

I didn’t think I’d enjoy the vegetable challenge as it made me try new foods but I’ve surprised myself. I don’t ache, this is a biggie for me as I used to wake up in the morning and every joint hurt, now nothing, I want to get up in the morning.

This morning I stood on one leg to put my socks on. I know that probably sounds daft but I used to do that in my 20’s and I found myself doing it today without realising it. I laugh again which I didn’t realise I wasn’t! I sing around the house which I haven’t done for probably ten years.

I cannot thank you enough Sam for changing my life, educating me, holding my hand and giving me the kick up the arse I needed. If you were here now I’d be giving you a big hug. Thank you.

Tape measure challenge: lost inch off of waist and just over an inch on hips, noticed doing my bra up that even on the shortest notch it’s getting loose....,hoping it’s back fat I’ve lost and not boob size as they are small enough as it is!

Vegetable Challenge - I lost over 2 1/2 lbs last week! Really enjoying the vegetable challenge and managed 29 out of 30 and cooked celeriac and buckwheat for the first time and liked them both. Trying green lentils, spelt and butternut squash this week which I wouldn’t normally eat.
