Creating a unique corporate culture
Organizations that have unique corporate cultures thrive even in bad times. We provide one on one and group coaching for founders and shareholders who opened their team or organization recently and those who are planning to open a new team or organization to create a unique culture from the get-go. A unique culture that enables them to advance their mission, protect their vision, align with their brand, and be based on their core values. They will get coaching to learn how it is done, and the steps to take to create such a unique corporate culture.

Coaching decision-makers to reform a dysfunctional or unoptimized corporate culture. The coaching involves identifying the causes of dysfunction and then determining the kind of touch necessary (in some cases minor pruning while in some deep change that involves reforming) to optimize the corporate culture.
All teams and organizations try their best to be the best and use different approaches to remain productive. Unfortunately, very few go the extra mile to establish a pro feedback culture to enjoy continuous performance improvement in season and out of season. Soft skills
Providing one on one and group coaching based on the book Soft Skills That Make or Break Your Success. Coachees will spend 12 weeks (1 week/soft skill) to take their soft skills competencies to the next level. We also provide coaching based on the highest soft skills (among the 12 soft skills needs leaders and professionals have that may make or break their success.
Teams and organizations that understand the inherent power of culture know that they cannot experience true transformation without first transforming the underlining culture. These few are the ones thriving even in bad times. This presentation encourages you to transform your culture, the steps you should take, and the roles of key stakeholders.

- We'll have 30 minutes initial get to know each other session to determine whether coaching is the right approach, whether we're the right provider.
- If it's determined mutually that we're the right fit in the first part of the get to know each other session, we will talk about your coaching needs.
- We'll then determine which assessment (s) are appropriate to take before starting the coaching program.
- We will arrange for you to take the assessments online from well-known vendors.
- A coach will be assigned for you.
- We'll get your results (we'll never share your results with anyone, we will delete them after the coaching program. You'll only be the one to keep a copy).
- There will be 90 - 120 minutes of debriefing coaching for each assessment.
- You'll, together with the coach, identify a few growth areas you would like to work with the coach, determine how frequently you should meet, for how long, and the two of you'll take it from there.
What our coaching looks like?
Our typical coaching program takes up to 12 - 15 sessions, 1 hour per week (but we're very flexible to accommodate your preference and schedule). The coaching sessions can be conducted via video conferencing or over the phone or a mix of these as agreed between the two parties. We have a well-developed coaching framework that has:
- Clear outcomes for each session
- Insights to give background and context for each topic
- Relevant and latest models to deepen understanding
- Well coined questions to provide clarity, identify gaps, and take measures
- Practical implementation strategies and tactics in each session
- Some tools, templates, & samples
- Relevant assessment (s) to take
- Assignments and homework to be completed after each session

- To acknowledge your preferences,
