Headaches or Migraines: Throbbing and pulsing pressure on that side of the head again? You're not alone. According to the WHO, 49% of all adults suffer from headaches. And for many, migraines can be recurring and debilitating.

Chronic fatigue (low umph!): It's not just "in your head" like a doctor told one of my patients. Actually, it's a legit medical condition. When you have low energy it gets in the way of grocery shopping, playing with children and grandchildren, or even walking around the block. You're not "lazy," "crazy," or "making excuses."
