About Me
Hi, I am Ege Demirkan, a Holistic Empowerment Coach, happy wife and grateful Mama. I am a proud student of life, my own cancer-healer, brain-death surviver, teacher of healing skills, a transformational mindset coach and I am obsessed about the healing powers of Love, superfoods & the power of the mind.
It’s my innate believe, Nature intended and created us to thrive, flourish, shine vitality and love one another. Many of us look at our body when we speak of health, but health is so much more than our body, it’s the whole of you, your mind, body and spirit/ soul.
Health is the optimal balance and harmony to use our body, our beautiful vessel given to us with ease and vitality. Disease is when the state of ease and vitality can no longer be maintained and the body starts to go into dis-ease.
The good news is that everything is changeable, you are the creator. It’s your story. Your body is simply part of your story, not the story itself.
