Coaching

Meet our CEO
I’m Dr. Assesgid Habtewold, or just Dr. AZ (advocate for the A to Z of holistic development). If you guessed by my name that my story began elsewhere, you’d be right. I’m originally from Ethiopia, and arrived in the US in 2005.
Slowly but surely, I transformed my life, using my education to advance my career by growing holistically. But before I even had a life plan, I was subconsciously laying the groundwork brick by brick to who, where, and what I wanted to become. From the books I read to the people I befriended and volunteer work I did, everything in my life pointed to learning, improving and excelling in my contribution to the people and world around me. Today, I’m deeply grateful for my journey and achievements, but my work is unfinished — because it continues with you.
