Hi, I’m Alex, a former medical doctor turned Transformational Men’s Coach.
After losing my father at five and navigating a masculine-driven career in Medicine, I’ve spent the past 13 years exploring the balance between masculine and feminine energies—especially through plant medicine.
Seeing countless men struggle with major life transitions, I dedicated myself to understanding and supporting them. My passion grew as I noticed the deep need for more men in transformational spaces.
The world needs integrated men—leaders with conviction, depth, and heart. This course is a culmination of my 8+ years of study, designed to help men cultivate their Gentle Alpha—leading with power, presence, and purpose.
With 2.5 years of shamanic training and a Health Coaching certification, I’m here to guide you on this journey.
